Born in Zaire (now the DRC), she is a devoted wife and mother of two. Affectionately known by many names—Dr. K, Dr. Kony, Dr. Mwinyoglee, or simply Marlis—she is known for her compassionate approach and unwavering excellence. Beyond medicine, she is a dynamic entrepreneur with multiple ventures established both in South Africa and internationally.
